The formal public comment period starts today and will end on Tuesday September 1, 2009 at 11:59 PM. The City will respond to all comments after the formal comment period has ended, in addition, will host a community meeting in mid-September to respond to comments received during the comment period. Staff will provide the Final Report with a summary of the public comments and community meeting to the Planning Commission and City Council in October. To ensure your comments are included in the summary, please submit your comments to Veronica Davis by the deadline.
