Andres Domeyko is the founding principal of Bowman Consulting Group where he provides project management in the firm's Alexandria office. With over 32 years of civil engineering experience, Mr. Domeyko has worked in land development in Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia since 1973. A 1971 graduate of the University of Chile with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, he is a registered Professional Engineer in Virginia and Maryland. His professional affiliations include the Engineers and Surveyors Institute and the National Society of Professional Engineers. He became a member of the Eisenhower Partnership Board in 2004.
Ben Webster is the Assistant Development Director of Retail at Diamond Properties, LLC, a local developer specializing in creating mixed-use communities with residential, retail, office, and hotel components. Ben is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new development opportunities for commercial projects in the Washington DC area, along with carrying those projects through the entitlement process and then on to interfacing with the future and current tenants. Prior to joining Diamond, he worked for the St. Joe Company in Florida doing development work along the gulf coast. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Asheville with a BS in management, and a graduate of The University of Alabama with a Master's of Business Administration in real estate and business strategy, he is also a candidate for his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM), and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Kay Tyler is CEO of Tyler Business Services, Inc. Tyler offers printing, copying, design and mailing services as well as selling office supplies and promotional products. Established in 1959 by Kay's father, Charles, in Washington, DC. Kay grew up working in the business and purchased the company in 2003. She relocated the business to the Eisenhower corridor in 2004. Tyler Business Services has one of the highest customer service satisfaction ratings in the printing industry.
Deborah Johnson is a Certified Facility Manager and a member of the Capital Chapter Internation Facility Management's Association. She has been with Pentagon Federal Credit Union (PFCU) for 10 years and is their Director of Corporate Facilities and Real Estate Development. She manages over 389,000 s.f. in 40 owned and leased Branch sites around the world. Deborah has been in the Facility Management field for 30 years. In May 2006, she received the Pentagon Federal Credit Union's Board of Directors "Chairman's Award" in recognition for the excellent job of supervising the construction of and the transition to the Eisenhower Avenue Corporate Headquarters Building.
Robin Barnes is a Manager of Business Development with Baker, an architectural and engineering firm. With 500 employees in its regional headquarters on Eisenhower Avenue, Baker has a strong interest in the future of the Eisenhower Valley. Robin brings to the position over 20 years of business development experience, specializing in architectural and engineering. She has played a key role in the marketing of major building projects such as the new Smithsonian Institution National Museum of the American Indian, renovation of the Kennedy Center Opera House, design of the new George Washington University Hospital, and design of the new Northern Virginia Community College's Schlesinger Concert Hall and Arts Center. She holds a Bachelor of English from Mary Washington College and lives with her husband Cabin Campbell in Alexandria.
William D. Euille became Mayor of Alexandria in May 2003 and has been a Member of the Eisenhower Partnership's Board of Directors since its inception. Before his election as Mayor, Mr. Euille was member of Alexandria's City Council for three terms and a member of the City's School Board for 10 years. Mr. Euille is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wm. D. Euille & Associates, Inc., a construction services company with offices in Alexandria, Virginia and Washington DC. A native of Alexandria, Mr. Euille attended public schools in the city and earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Quinnipiac College in Hamden, Connecticut in 1972. In his capacity as Mayor, Mr. Euille serves on a number of City and Regional organizations including the Alexandria Economic Development Partnership Board of Directors, City Manager's Quality of Life Committee, the Alexandria Economic Opportunities Commission, the Pension Study Committee, the Youth Policy Committee, the Samuel Madden Work Group, Woodrow Wilson Bridge Neighborhood Task Force, the Martin Luther King Memorial Work Group, and the Alexandria Works! Coalition.
Stephanie Landrum is Deputy Director of the Alexandria Economic Development Partnership, Inc. (AEDP).In her current position, Landrum is responsible for implementing marketing strategies and maintaining contact with the business, real estate and brokerage communities. She also assists with the management and development of strategies to attract, expand and retain business operations in Alexandria. Before joining the AEDP, Inc., Landrum worked for over six years with the Southeast Fairfax Development Corporation (SFDC), a public/private non-profit organization devoted to the revitalization of Richmond Highway (U.S. Route 1) in neighboring Fairfax County, Virginia. Landrum holds a Bachelor of Science degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA and is a native of the Alexandria area.
Johanna Spangenberg Jones is a vice president of Strat@comm, a strategic communications firm based in Washington, DC. Jones provides public affairs and media relations counsel to a list of clients that includes corporations, national associations and government agencies. Jones has worked at a variety of public relations agencies in the DC area before Strat@comm as well as managing communications for the George Washington University Medical Center. Jones has been a resident of Alexandria since 1994 and moved to Eisenhower Valley in 2004. She is an active member of a number of organizations and is also on the board of directors for the Townes at Cameron Parke.
As Director of Operations at GeoConcepts Engineering, Inc., Tadeusz (Ted) W. Lewis, PE oversees the daily technical operations of the company. Mr. Lewis has more than 20 years of experience in geotechnical, environmental, and hydrogeologic engineering for private sector and institutional clients throughout the metropolitan Washington, DC area. He received degrees in Agricultural Engineering and Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, as well as an MBA from Averett College. In addition to his duties for the Eisenhower Partnership, Mr. Lewis is a member of the Loudoun County Economic Development Commission, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Route 28 Highway Improvement Advisory Board, and the American Society Foundation Engineers (ASFE).
Justin Wilson was elected to the City Council in a special election in July 2007. He is the chairperson of the Alexandria Transit Company Board of Directors, which operates the City’s DASH bus service, and served most recently on the Budget & Fiscal Affairs Advisory Committee. His neighbors recognized his leadership and twice elected him president of the Del Ray Citizens Association. He was an appointee of Governor Mark Warner to the state’s Advisory Committee on Juvenile Justice, and is a current appointee of Governor Tim Kaine to the Virginia Board of Juvenile Justice; currently serving as that board’s secretary. He holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University, and is a Fellow of the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership at the University of Virginia.
Justin is employed by the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) as a Principal Systems Engineer. He lives in the Del Ray neighborhood with his family.

Ms. Yauch has thirteen years of operational and sales experience in upscale hotels which include The Westin William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh, PA; The Westin Grand in Washington, DC; The Sheraton Premiere at Tysons Corner, Vienna, VA; and The Sheraton Rockville, MD. Felix Oliver comes to the Eisenhower Partnership with over twenty years of senior management experience. He has served as an Executive Director for the Linguistic Society of America (LSA) a nonprofit organization dedicated to the advancement of the scientific study of language; senior manager of ES, Incorporated, a Washington DC-based management consulting firm; President and CEO of Granville Academy, a nonprofit national after school program; and Coordinator and Director of Health and Safety programs for the American Red Cross. Most recently, Oliver served as the Executive Director of the Metropolitan Washington Regional Health Service Planning Council which oversaw the allocation of the Ryan White CARE Act funding to the governments of the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia and as the Project Manager/Director of the HR Solutions project which provides personnel services to the U.S. Army through Department of Defense installations.
